After my redundancy at Avon and Henry's ambition to expand Channel Creative into web design, the timing was perfect, and the partnership was born. I was brought on board to lead the design team, with my first project being a redesign of the Channel Creative website. While the site enjoyed high traffic, it was underperforming in terms of conversions—a challenge I was eager to tackle.
